One of the more beautiful and best situated villas (incl. beautiful guesthouse) in the north of Bali. When you stay here you will experience all the luxury associated with an exclusive exotic holiday. A private place where you wake up with fantastic views over the Bali sea from the spacious terrace and tropical front garden.

The Balinese private garden of 1,900 square meters with a spacious warm private swimming pool. A spacious private terrace with private sunbeds and Balinese parasols. The villa has 3 bedrooms and the guesthouse has 2 bedrooms, all bedrooms have their own bathroom. A living room with TV and Netflix. The villa is fully equipped for a carefree tropical holiday. Ideal for groups, families and families with children up to a maximum of 10 people.

We are Roel and Jeanine. In daily life as entrepreneurs working in the Netherlands. Since mid-2023 we have decided to buy a villa in Bali, after we had made a tour in Indonesia (Java and Bali).
For Roel, who already had a family history there, it was not that difficult to make Jeanine enthusiastic about a second home in Bali.
The climate is wonderful 365 days a year. Even in the rainy season there is mainly sun during the day. Welcome.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rate is based on 2 people per night. Coffee, tea and water included.
Above 2 persons there is a surcharge of € 22 pp per night.

If you want all inclusive (breakfast, lunch and dinner excluding drinks) we charge € 15 per person per night extra.

On Sundays there is no service and dining options in the Villa. You can always use the many restaurants in the area, where our driver will be happy to take you if you wish and after your lunch/dinner you will return to the Villa.

Annul:
If you, as a tenant, wish to cancel the booking for whatever reason, you as a tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
