Our wonderful little paradise in Csanytelek.
A cute traditional pink Hungarian house, completely refurbished from 2023. It is wonderful to relax in the kitchen where you have access to a Nespresso machine, kettle, electric hob and oven, a microwave, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The master bedroom has a lovely large bed with electrically adjustable bases and comfortable mattresses. In the second bedroom you will find a bunk bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom has a nice rain shower, a toilet, sink and washing machine. Outside you will find a spacious terrace, a large veranda (2024), a driveway for the car and a real swimming pond (2024) where you can swim or sit in or near and enjoy the beautiful view, see the deer and hares walk by or admire the beautiful sunset. Don't forget to look up at the beautiful starry sky in the evening, when it is dark.
Within walking distance of the nature house you will find Csaj Tó, a beautiful protected nature reserve consisting of several lakes and a beautiful part of the Hungarian Puszta.
Here you will find more than 220 bird species.
You will find, among other things, the critically endangered Imperial Eagle which you can see hunting on the lake.
In addition, there are many different Heron species, Storks, Harriers, Sedge Warblers, Buntings,, Red-backed Shrikes, Wheatears, colorful Bee-eaters, Rollers and the Golden Oriole.
There are also herds of water buffalo and Hungarian cattle that take care of grazing in the area. In addition to of course the deer, foxes, boar, hares that also live here.
Budapest can be reached in an hour and a half by car and you can reach the beautiful city of Szeged within 40 minutes.
Furthermore, Csongrád, Kiskunfélegyháza, Szentes, Kecskemét and Kiskunmajsa are definitely worth a visit.
