VILLA DETAILS:
In the villa "EVEN", elegance is manifested through authenticity and creativity, offering a warm and inspiring setting. Villa of character (80% wooden), it offers more than 230 m² to live in, without any vis-à-vis and it includes (accessible to visitors):
- large indoor spaces (large living room + dining room, kitchen open to the living room and outdoor terraces, 3 bedrooms (approx. 25 and twice 12 m²), 2 dressing rooms, 2 bathrooms/WC, 1 WC/guest washbasin, 1 office on the mezzanine);
- large outdoor terraces (sea view);
- a large garden (more than 3000 m²) partly wooded;
- a deck that "embraces" a majestic flamboyant and "closes" the horizon;
