Hello we would like to introduce ourselves;
We are Anneke and Rene living in Beekbergen.
In the rustic village of Kosmadeio high in the mountains in the west of Samos is our detached farmhouse in a beautiful location against the mountainside.

We have been in possession of this Greek house since 2007.
Both private and rental of the Bed And Breakfast.
Over the years it has been converted into a house equipped with every comfort but retaining the Greek details.
. The ground floor has now been converted into a self-contained apartment/studio for up to three people in a Greek atmosphere, enclosed by a beautiful garden with several quiet seating areas.
The apartment is on the ground floor with minimal height differences.
There is a kitchen area, sleeping area, separate bathroom and extra sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person. A seat has been realized near the entrance.
A few years ago a swimming pool was realized. The guests of the Ben B are allowed to use it.
The rear terrace was renovated in 2023
And also a new access road has been made from the rear terrace directly up to the pool area.
There, for example, you can enjoy the morning sun in the relaxing chairs after breakfast with a book or use the swimming pool.
Also upstairs is the possibility to stay there on the new terrace.
Since the house is on average half an hour by car from the sea, we have chosen to change one of our gardens into a terrace with swimming pool. Since September 2019, we have also realized a sun terrace outside the pool. Guests are of course also welcome to use this. If you are looking for peace and quiet during your holiday, you have come to the right place. The area around Kosmadeio is also ideal for hikers for beautiful walks.

In the village is the tavern st'Antonikak at 60 meters where the tastiest local dishes are served.
