Our detached farmhouse is located in a beautiful location on the mountainside in the rustic village of Kosmadeio high in the mountains in the west of Samos.
Renovated over the years into a house with every comfort, while retaining the Greek details. The ground floor has now been converted into a self-contained apartment/studio in a Greek atmosphere, enclosed by a beautiful garden with several quiet seating areas.
A swimming pool was built a few years ago.
The rear terrace was renovated in 2023 and a new access road was also created from the rear terrace directly up to the swimming pool
There is also the option of staying on the new terrace upstairs.
Since the house is on average half an hour by car from the sea, we have chosen to turn one of our gardens into a terrace with swimming pool. Since September 2019, we have also created a sun terrace outside the swimming pool. Guests can of course also use this. If you are looking for peace and quiet during your holiday, you have come to the right place. The area around Kosmadeio is also ideal for hikers to take beautiful walks. In the village there is the tavern Sto'Antonikak, where the tastiest local dishes are served.
