Between the villages Soroni and Fanes on the west side of the island hidden between the olive and fruit trees is our holiday home.
Here life goes quietly, it is a place to relax and unwind, far from mass tourism therefore ideal for people who want to be as good in themselves.
Within 1 kilometer of the house in the villages Soroni and Fanes there are shops where you can do the daily shopping such as a supermarket, butcher, pharmacy etc.
The house is a great base for exploring the island, Rhodes town at 25 kilometers, Fanes beach at 1 kilometer.
Due to the location it is recommended to rent a car.

The house has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside there is a veranda with a terrace in the shade and a terrace in the sun.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price includes linen and final cleaning.

During your stay there is no cleaning and you must wash the towels and bed linen yourself if desired.

An environmental surcharge of € 8,-- per night must be paid on site

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent
