We are Belgians, passionate about Greece and sailing. This combination has ensured that we took the step in 2021 to buy a house in the Peleponessos.... that's how we ended up in Xiropigado!
Since we want everyone to enjoy this beautiful location, the idea came up to rent out part of the house (apartment on the ground floor).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The reservation is only final after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount together with the deposit of 250 euros.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date. In the event of non-payment of the balance within the specified period, the company may unilaterally terminate the rental contract without the tenant being entitled to a refund of the deposit.
If, due to force majeure, the reserved accommodation cannot be made available, the company undertakes to repay the advance or, if possible, to offer an equivalent accommodation.

If the renter cancels, the renter will be refunded the amount already paid as follows:

in case of cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit already paid minus the cancellation costs* (* = 5% of the total amount of the reservation)
in case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the deposits and rents paid minus the cancellation costs* and 30 euros in administrative costs;
in case of cancellation less than 10 days to the day of arrival: the tenant will not receive a refund of the deposits and rents paid.
