In the middle of the olive groves overlooking the beautiful Peloponnesian coast, near the picturesque Nafplio and many idyllic beaches, not far from ancient heritage sites such as Mycenae you will find the apartment. Close by there are cliffs with caves and small accessible beaches, ideal for snorkeling, fishing, peace and quiet.

The apartment is located in the middle of an olive grove on Mount Zavitsa with a view of the Argolic Gulf. It is rented as one unit. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 living room with kitchenette. This beautiful location has all modern amenities such as a high-speed internet connection, television, hair dryer, towels, bed linen and kitchen equipment to cook and serve simple meals for up to 6 people. There is also direct access to the swimming pool with outdoor shower

We are Belgians, passionate about Greece and sailing. This combination has ensured that we took the step in 2021 to buy a house in the Peleponessos.... that's how we ended up in Xiropigado!
Since we want everyone to enjoy this beautiful location, the idea came up to rent out part of the house (apartment on the ground floor).

Explanation of prices

The reservation is only final after receipt of an advance of 30% of the total rental amount together with the deposit of 250 euros.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date. In the event of non-payment of the balance by the set term, the company can unilaterally terminate the rental contract without the tenant being entitled to a refund of the advance payment.
If the reserved home cannot be made available due to force majeure, the company undertakes to repay the advance or, if possible, to offer an equivalent home.

If the tenant cancels, the tenant will be refunded the amount already paid as follows:

in case of cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date: 100% of the already paid advance less the cancellation costs* (* = 5% of the total amount of the reservation)
in case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the paid advances and rents minus the cancellation costs* and 30 euros for administrative costs;
in case of cancellation less than 10 days to the day of arrival: the tenant will not receive a refund of the advances and rents paid.
