Ideally located on the Olympic Riviera in the authentic Greek village of Sfendami. Sfendami is only 5 km from the beach of Makrygialos with numerous restaurants, 15 km from the beach of Korinos and 20 km from the beach of the cozy Katerini beach with many shops and restaurants. From the house and from the balcony you have a fantastic view of land, sea and mountains.

The spacious terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and a barbeque. Fully equipped modern luxury kitchen. Free bed linen and kitchen linen. 3 separate bedrooms with air conditioning, air conditioning is also available in the living room. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. Up to 6 people.

Supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and various restaurants within walking distance on the cozy village square of Sfendami. Excavations in the Archeological Park in Dion and Museum in Vergina both about 30 minutes drive away. Other places of interest such as Edessa waterfall and Pozar thermal baths. Brochure with various tips for fun outings is available in the holiday home. Diving, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, skiing are also possible in the area.

Approx. 1 hour's drive from Thessaloniki airport. Affordable direct flights from Weeze-Düsseldorf to Thessaloniki start at €200 round trip per person. Car rental from the airport can be booked via Carjet, SKG (24/7) or Sunny Cars.

We, a Dutch couple, were looking for a holiday home abroad. We fell for the unique beauty and beaches of the Greek mainland. Since 2022 we have been the owner of a house in Sfendami, where it is wonderfully quiet and you can look up the cosiness in the vicinity. What we like is the versatility of this area; beaches, beautiful nature, Mount Olympus, archaeological sites, many terraces and restaurants by the sea with beautiful views.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

This is the price for the rental of the whole house. Excluding cleaning fee € 50,-. No further additional costs. We ask for a deposit of 30%, the remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

A fixed surcharge is charged for electricity. Water consumption and linen is included in the price (i.e. bed sheets, towels, beach towels, tea towels). Used linen etc. must be left clean. Rubbish and dishes must be cleaned up.
