Villa Sophia has a cozy living room with fireplace and double doors to a large shaded veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped and meets all modern requirements. The house is fully suitable for max. 8-10 people (cots and high chair available).
There are 4 large 2-person bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and large terrace. In addition, 2 sofa beds in 2 of the bedrooms. The beds are of the 1-person box spring type that can be linked together. Each bedroom has direct access to a private veranda and offers fantastic views of the sea and islands. All rooms are air-conditioned and all windows and doors have ventilated insect-free blinds and mosquito nets.
This dream villa is surrounded by about 400 m2 terraces with private pool and 2 impressive staircases, large stone babecue with kitchen in a paradisiacal garden. A long driveway of about 50m guarantees a free location. Partly due to a walled boundary fence, as well as a high location, there is no view from neighboring villas and this accommodation offers maximum privacy. The site size is approximately 4700 m2.
