Welcome to our stylishly furnished apartment on Lefkada, located on the grounds of the former Irini Villas, a beloved and well-regarded place on the island that was completely renovated in 2025. The location is quiet and green, and at the same time within walking distance of the beach of Agios Ioannis.
Agios Ioannis is known for its wide sandy beach, clear blue sea and beautiful sunsets. Thanks to the constant wind, this is also one of the best places on Lefkada for windsurfing and kite surfing. Here you can enjoy space, nature and a relaxed atmosphere.
The apartment is ideal for two people and is part of a spacious three-room apartment. You have an attractive living room, a separate bedroom and two private balconies. A third bedroom with private balcony remains closed for private use. During your stay, you are the only user of the apartment.
The two balconies offer a nice place to sit outside at any time of the day. From breakfast in the morning sun to a quiet evening with a view of the greenery and the setting sun.
On the property you can use the garden and the swimming pool. These are shared with a small-scale number of accommodations, which ensures peace and privacy.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and juicer.
An ironing board and iron are available on request.

For lovers of culture and history, there are several attractions on Lefkada and the immediate vicinity, such as the archaeological museum in Lefkada town and ancient excavations and ruins that give an insight into the rich history of the island and the surrounding Ionian region.
Thanks to the bridge connection with the mainland, the island is easily accessible and you can make trips to (historical) places on the mainland.
A rental car is recommended to explore the island and its surroundings in the best possible way.

Good to know: The apartment is accessible by stairs and does not have an elevator. This makes it less suitable for people who have difficulty walking.
