The villa is a short drive from the inviting sandy beaches of Almerida and close to picturesque Cretan villages, including the cultural gems of Chania and Rethymnon.

With a total interior area of 130 m², the villa is divided into two independent units that are just a few meters away from each other. Each features a cosy living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a dining area. One unit features a downstairs bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and laundry facilities, while the other unit has an upstairs double bedroom with expansive views of the sea and surrounding hills.
The interior is bright and modern, but retains a warm, inviting atmosphere due to the soft, natural tones and minimalist décor. Large windows and glass doors allow plenty of natural light into the rooms, while the layout ensures both independence and communal living for guests.
