Entering on the ground level you will come to a large open-plan dining and living area, fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, American fridge, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster etc. On the same level there is a master bedroom with a spacious en suite with both bath and walk-in shower. The bedroom has a private exit to the terrace, pool and shaded veranda. From the living room you can access the veranda and dining area for 12 guests.On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a double sink. On the lower floor there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with en suite, and a large bathroom with a double sink and walk-in shower.The spacious outside area offers a sun deck with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, a 55 m² heated infinity swimming pool (heating at extra charge of 100€/day), a bar with BBQ and a professional fridge. There is a large lawn, stone benches and a beautiful fireplace for romantic evenings in the middle of olive and fruit trees.  The villa is completely gated and secured with an alarm system, offering both privacy and security.
