Villa Zeus is located on a mountain on the outskirts of the village of Prines, part of the town of Rethimon. The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private swimming pool with six sunbeds. It has sea and mountain views.
The village of Prines is located just above (6km) the pleasant tourist town of Rethimon with shopping streets, museums, a large fort, churches, mosques and an old fishing port with terraces on the water.
Prines itself is a small village with narrow streets, old (largely restored) houses and an authentic church.
In Prines there is a mini market, three good tavernas with terraces and there are a number of kafeons. The taverns and mini market are within walking distance, about 500 m away. The larger supermarkets and bakeries are 5 minutes away (by car) in the next village of Atsipopoulou.
In addition to the well-known Greek dishes, the tavernas also have lesser-known traditional dishes on the menu. Many dishes come from the grill or from the oven.
The house is easily accessible from the highway along the coast (new national road). The roads in the area are good.
Rest period, since the house is located in a village there are legal rest periods in force. During these rest periods it is not allowed to be noisy and to use the swimming pool. The periods are from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 7.00 in the morning.
The house is not suitable for babies and small children without a swimming certificate.
