It's a nice and beautiful villa to see. However, there is a lot of junk/rubbish on the way there.
The bbq is good, the garden/terrace nice. Pool okay. The beds just fine. The shower downstairs is a bit small so it gets wet...

It's a nice and beautiful villa to see. However, there is a lot of junk/rubbish on the way there.
The bbq is good, the garden/terrace nice. Pool okay. The beds just fine. The shower downstairs is a bit small so it gets wet quickly in the bathroom. The distance to other places and the village of Prines are not walkable as it is very hilly.

A lovely house in a lovely place! The pool and the large veranda were really the highlights for us! The cozy village of Prines (with the supermarket, a tavern and a very good restaurant) is within easy walking distance. There is more than enough to see and do in the area (but you do need a car). We had a great holiday!

We were here at the end of April and had a wonderful time! Practically furnished house, with air conditioning, swimming pool, oven, etc. Within walking distance of a cretan village with supermarket and tavernas. Location between olive groves with grazing goats. Good base from which to explore the island. Good and fast communication with landlord.

For us this house was perfect! Clean, spacious and fully equipped. Nice garden and terrace, quiet, near a village, sheep and goats walking around a bit nearby and occasionally some barking from a dog. Totally fine to relax and ...

For us this house was perfect! Clean, spacious and fully equipped. Nice garden and terrace, quiet, near a village, sheep and goats walking around a bit nearby and occasionally some barking from a dog. Totally fine to relax and everything easily accessible if you want to go out on Crete.

We enjoyed house/garden very much. The garden is really so lovely that the day started on the veranda and ended there again. The house also offers enough space for us (5 adults). Except for some renovation/refurbishment, your house is highly recommended. You can also easily reach the sea (snorkeling), towns and the interior (recommended rent a racing bike).

However, everything is easily accessible by car due to its very central location
All in all, definitely recommended for a nice holiday on Crete
