Villa Lemoni is in Loutra village on Crete's north coast, about a 15-minute drive west of Rethymnon town, the capital of its province. Villa Lemoni is easily to reach from both Chania Airport (approximately 75 km away) and Heraklion Airport (around 80 km away). It is centrally located, making travel time similar from either airport. The closest sandy beach is just a 6-minute drive away. Nearby, there's a bakery, butcher shop, and supermarket for groceries. You'll also find some tavernas nearby. For more touristy shops and restaurants/bars, it's best to head to Platanes or Rethymnon.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant cancels the booking, the following conditions apply:

a) Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the booked stay: 100% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
b) Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the start of the booked stay: The tenant must pay 50% of the total rental amount.
c) Cancellation within 30 days before the start of the booked stay: The tenant must pay 100% of the total rental amount.
