Apartment – Saxophone House is located in Rethymno, a short walk of about 800 meters into Old Town, municipal garden and the Venetian harbor. This property has three balconies, the larger one has partial sea view. This air conditioned apartment is composed of 2 separate bedrooms, another open working - sleeping room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge, and 1 bathroom. A Nespresso machine and a smart 43' flat-screen TV is offered with with streaming services for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video already downloaded. Fast Wi-Fi is free.

Being a native Cretan, I have lived here all my life. That’s how I know that this is a great spot to explore the city from, especially if this is your first time in Crete!

Explanation of prices

If for any reason the renter can or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, they must inform the host immediately. A notification of this via telephone should always be followed up with a written confirmation (via email) to the host.

If the renter cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, they shall owe 30% of the rental price; if cancelled up to 4 weeks, 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period, 50%.

If the renter only informs the host on the starting date or during the rental period that they will no longer make use of the rented object, the full rental price is due.
