Villa Platanias covers 225 m², spread over two floors, and offers a carefully designed interior that blends seamlessly with the outdoor spaces. The ground floor welcomes guests with a bright living room with fireplace, a dining area and a modern kitchen that opens onto a furnished terrace. This floor also features a charming bedroom with a bunk bed and an outdoor shower, plus a guest toilet.
On the lower floor are the main sleeping quarters: a bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with shower and bath, and two further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. A gym with exercise equipment and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer complete the space.
All bedrooms have access to the outdoor areas and are fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort.
Outdoors
The highlight of Villa Platanias is its beautiful outdoor space. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (1.80 m deep) with a waterfall and a circular jacuzzi for a soothing swim.
