Newly built house with private pool in the middle of the olive trees, located on the south coast of Crete. Now also with Wi-Fi.
The holiday home is 1 km from the beach and 500 m from the new harbour.
The house is stylishly furnished and fully equipped.
The large terrace has a lounge set and table with chairs.
There is also an area with artificial grass with two sun loungers.
From the terrace you have a great view over the fishing port, sea, olive trees and the mountains. The property has air conditioning in the living/dining room and the two bedrooms. The windows and patio doors of the bedrooms and kitchen are fitted with mosquito nets, and all windows and doors have shutters.
Marina view is located on the south coast of the beautiful island of Crete, just above the new port of Plakias.
From Heraklion as well as from Chania you always drive towards Rethymno, at the height of Rethymno you follow the direction Spili-Agia Galini inland. Just before Spili take the exit to Plakias.

Hello, We are Rudi and Brigitte live in Lommel (Belgium). In 1989 we went to Crete for the first time, and it was something special. Then we we have many years and returned after 23 years our dream to realize and have built a nice contemporary house, among the olive trees with a beautiful view of the romantic port of Plakias.
