Since 2021 we have become the proud and happy owner of these 2 delightful and unique villas in South Rethymnon on the beautiful Greek island of Crete. We are in love with the Villas and its beautiful green setting on top of a ridge. On the one side the beautiful Valley with vineyards and olive groves and on the other side the Libyan Sea in the distance.

It is nice to rent it out and to know that we can share this holiday feeling with our guests.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 1 month before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent
