Villa Avra is a stylish and spacious oasis with panoramic views over the Cretan landscape and the sea. Located near the tranquil coastal area of Nopigia in western Crete, the villa offers an ideal base for guests seeking both relaxation and access to some of the island's most iconic beaches, such as Balos, Falasarna and Kolymbari.
This elegant villa combines traditional charm with modern comfort and is spread over two floors. With 5 bedrooms and additional sofa beds, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The interiors are tastefully decorated with classic Cretan elements and antique touches, while outside, a beautifully manicured garden, shaded terraces, and a large private swimming pool invite guests to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island.
The strategic location of Villa Avra makes it easy to explore the northwest coast of Crete, while at the same time offering privacy, tranquility, and luxury.

Villa Avra is spread over two floors and offers 200 square meters of carefully designed space. It welcomes guests in a light and airy interior. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, wifi and a CD player. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
On this floor there are two double bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom (bath) and one with a shared bathroom (shower). On the first floor, guests will find one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, along with two additional bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower). All bedrooms and common areas are air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
The exterior of the villa is equally impressive, with a private 10 x 6 metre swimming pool with a shallow area for children, sunbeds and a lush garden with local flowers and shrubs. The outdoor dining area is shaded and features a stone barbecue, ideal for long, leisurely meals. The entire property is fenced, which provides both privacy and security.
