Spanning 150 m², spread over two floors, Villa Milos is designed with a traditional flair, with local stone and wood accents to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living and dining area with a fireplace, comfortable sofas (including a sofa bed for a 7th guest) and direct access to a covered porch. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes a fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine and all essential amenities.
On this floor there is also a cosy twin bedroom with direct access to the garden and a family bathroom with shower. Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – and two family bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower). Both bedrooms open onto a furnished terrace, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening of relaxing with views of the countryside.
The interior is tastefully decorated and fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfort in every season.
Villa Milos boasts spacious outdoor spaces, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate of Crete. The private swimming pool (6 x 4.5 m, depth 0.4-1.5 m) has a shallow children's area, making it ideal for families. The surrounding garden is well maintained, with a lawn, flowering shrubs and the gentle sound of cicadas creating a tranquil atmosphere.
