The villa occupies two floors and has a total area of 126 m². The interior is modern and bright, with large windows and a smooth transition from inside to outside. The ground floor offers an open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the pool terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and an American coffee machine. The space includes a TV and comfortable chairs for relaxing or eating together.
On the ground floor, guests will find a double bedroom with access to the pool area and a single bedroom with a private balcony to the front. There is also a shared bathroom with shower on this floor.
On the upper floor, there is a twin bedroom that opens onto a large sea-view balcony, as well as a shared bathroom with a bath, shower and washing machine. Another double bedroom on this floor has a private balcony with stunning views of both the pool and the sea.
All bedrooms, as well as the living room on the ground floor, are air-conditioned for optimal comfort during your stay.
Outdoor
The outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and leisure. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.6 m), a sun terrace with sun loungers, a shaded outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities for dining under the stars.
