Inside
The villa has a spacious tastefully furnished living room with sliding doors to the terrace and an open kitchen that is fully equipped. Here you can prepare tasty meals and serve them indoors at the large dining table or outside on the terrace. Sliding doors to the terrace bring the world outside in a bit. From the living room you can go to 2 separate spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet. The 3rd bedroom with private bathroom and toilet has its own entrance and is accessible directly from the terrace. From the bedrooms you can step onto the terrace and into the pool for a refreshing morning swim. And who wouldn't want to wake up to that beautiful view! The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and quiet ceiling fans.
Outside
You can only reach the spacious private terrace through the villa, living room and bedrooms. The pool is located in the middle of the terrace and has an infinity pool which gives the feeling that the water flows down the mountain. On the terrace there is a dining table with chairs and there are sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. There is always a place in the sun or shade. This holiday home is not suitable for small children under 6 years of age and without a swimming certificate because of the swimming pool. Villa Gian Maria is part of a complex of 12 individual villas and is located at the bottom of this complex. The villas have been designed in such a way that they all have stunning views and complete privacy with private entrance and private pool.
Environment
The villa is within walking distance of the picturesque village of Mariou. Here is a small shop with some food and the locals buy their coffee to go here. There is also a kafenion and a small grill tavern. For more entertainment, head to Plakias. That is 4 km from the villa and has a long beach, beach bars, taverns, coffee shops, nice shops, cozy bars, supermarkets and much more. From the villa you can take long walks, jog or drive to the beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters. Everything within 4 to 10 km. There is also a diving school and a riding school. Plenty to do for everyone. If you want to take it easy, that is also fine here. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view on the terrace with a snack and a drink.
