Villa Yavoni, with private pool

Beautiful, very spacious holiday villa with private swimming pool (approx. 28 m2 in size and 1.40 m deep) equipped with all the luxury one could wish for, completely at your disposal to enjoy your well-deserved holiday!

Located just under 10 minutes away from the beach and sea and 15 minutes away from the bustling city of Rethymnon. The villa has a spacious terrace (with a fixed roof with roof tiles) with a view of the pool and the olive groves and sea view from the roof terrace. There is a seating area with parasol on the roof terrace.
There is a large modern living room with fully equipped and fully equipped open kitchen. There is Satellite TV and Radio with all Dutch channels and more, with a blu-ray DVD player and free WIFI. Streaming via the (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) chromecast is also possible. There are 2 available bedrooms with a bathroom with walk-in shower  in between with rain shower and double sink. The washing machine is located in the separate outdoor area with entrance on the terrace. Living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a fire extinguisher in the living room.

There is also a large garden where you have access to a stone BBQ, picnic table and rotary dryer. In addition, there is a 1500 liter water tank so that the water supply is guaranteed.
Due to the height differences of the garden and swimming pool compared to the living area, this holiday villa is not suitable for disabled people.
The pool is automatically illuminated every evening at set times. Around the pool, the lights also turn on and off at fixed times.
For a family with a small child, a camp bed and sheets and a high chair are available on request. Furthermore, a stair gate can be placed to close the stairs to the swimming pool.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery and several small supermarkets. On the road to Rethymnon you can find the larger supermarket chains, such as LIDL, Synka, Spar etc.

The villa is accessible from both Heraklion Airport and Chania Airport, where you can also rent a car.
