Beautiful, very spacious holiday villa with private swimming pool (approx. 28 m2 in size and 1.40 m deep) equipped with all the luxury one could wish for, completely at your disposal to enjoy your well-deserved holiday!

Located just under 10 minutes away from the beach and sea and 15 minutes away from the bustling city of Rethymnon. The villa has a spacious terrace (with a fixed roof with roof tiles) with a view of the pool and the olive groves and sea view from the roof terrace. There is a seating area with parasol on the roof terrace.
There is a large modern living room with fully equipped and fully equipped open kitchen. TV and radio via a modern Samsung Smart TV, equipped with all streaming apps, with a blu-ray DVD player and there is free WIFI. Streaming via the present (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) chromecast is also possible. There are 2 available bedrooms with a bathroom with walk-in shower in between with rain shower and double sink. The washing machine is located in the separate outdoor area with entrance on the terrace. Living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a fire extinguisher in the living room.

There is also a large garden where you have access to a stone BBQ, picnic table and rotary dryer. In addition, there is a 1500 liter water tank so that the water supply is guaranteed.
Due to the height differences of the garden and swimming pool compared to the living area, this holiday villa is not suitable for disabled people.
The pool is automatically illuminated every evening at set times. Around the pool, the lights also turn on and off at fixed times.
For a family with a small child, a camp bed and sheets and a high chair are available on request. Furthermore, a stair gate can be placed to close the stairs to the swimming pool.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery and several small supermarkets. On the road to Rethymnon you can find the larger supermarket chains, such as LIDL, Synka, Spar etc.

The villa is accessible from both Heraklion Airport and Chania Airport, where you can also rent a car.

It is Monday morning 30-06-2014. The sun is high in the sky. It will be a warm and fantastic day. Today we will receive the key to our new villa on Crete in the town of Loutra near Rethymnon. For years dreamed of and today everything falls into place. After many vacations we now have our own nice place on this beautiful island. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

This price list concerns Villa Yavoni in Loutra, Crete, Greece.

Weekly price is for 7 nights, prices are in euros.

It is possible to extend the minimum stay. (if available).

Stay includes bed linen, towels (except beach towels), kitchen linen, wifi, gas and electricity

Pool is professionally cleaned and supplied with chemicals three times a week if necessary.

In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following and following conditions apply:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

a) in case of cancellation at least 60 days before the check-in date: free of charge.

b) in case of cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the check-in date, the renter will owe an amount of 50% of the invoice amount.

c) in case of cancellation within 30 days before the check-in date, the renter will owe the full invoice amount.

In the event of early termination of the stay, the full invoice amount remains due

Other places of interest: Balos and Gramvousa, boat trip. Knossos near Heraklion. Other restaurants: Pagona's in Tsesmes on the road from Loutra to Rethymnon. I Alekos in Armeni on the way to Plakias. Eleven on the coast at Stavromenos.
