Villa Pelagia. Stylish detached holiday home with private pool. The holiday home is located 5 km from the beach, on the north coast of Crete in the village of Loutra. There are a number of holiday homes in the vicinity of this house. This comfortable holiday home is stylishly furnished and fully equipped. The pool and garden offer plenty of opportunities to fully enjoy the Greek climate and sunbathe or relax. From the roof terrace there is a beautiful view towards the sea, Cretan landscape with olive trees and mountains. In the immediate vicinity there is a shepherd, olive groves and grape fields. The pool is maintained and cleaned regularly. Furthermore, the pump on a timer ensures that the water is filtered. CAUTION ! The pool is not heated and will therefore be chilly during the winter/spring period (late October to April).

In the house there is satellite TV with Free-to-air channels such as BVN-TV and many other channels. A chromecast is available for streaming TV channels or, for example, Netflix (via your own app/account). There is also a playstation 2 and Blu-ray DVD player. The property has air conditioning in the living/dining room and both bedrooms. The windows and patio doors in the living/dining room are equipped with mosquito nets. Throughout the house, all windows and doors are equipped with shutters (with the exception of the front door).

At about 10 km is the lively city of Rethymnon with an extensive boulevard with cafes, bars and a beautiful old harbor, where the most delicious fish can be eaten. There are organized beaches with a coastline of more than 20 km long, in eastern and western directions. The holiday home is therefore a good starting point to discover the beautiful island of Crete. The airports of Chania and Heraklion are easily accessible.
