Welcome to Villa Tichi in Kyrianna, Crete.
Located in an olive grove on the outskirts of the quiet village of Kyrianna. 
Enjoy the peace and quiet and the view in our beautiful, fully furnished villa with private pool.
The villa is equipped with every comfort, the living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. 
A 15-minute drive from the city of Rethymon with its many shops, restaurants and beaches.
The villa is centrally located between both airports Heraklion and Chania.
The ideal base to discover Crete for couples and small families.
Enjoy the sunset on the roof terrace.
The detached villa is suitable for up to 4 people and is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden.
The villa has its own parking space accessible via a private driveway.

In 2013, we stood in the rain in this place where only olive trees stood and were immediately enchanted. The tranquility, the view, the swiftly passing swallows, everything was right. In 2016 we got the key to our self-designed house and since then we enjoy every moment that we are here.
We hope you are as relaxed, happy and enjoying all this area has to offer as we are! We wish you a fantastic stay in our villa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include electricity, water, internet and air conditioning. 

Any additional cleaning can be facilitated.

Cancellation by tenant :

1. Any cancellation must be made known to the owner in writing.

2. In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following cancellation costs will be charged:

a) In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the booked stay, an amount of 50% of the total rental amount (including final cleaning and deposit) is due.

b) in case of cancellation from 6 weeks to 30 days before the start of the booked stay, an amount of 75% of the total rental amount (including final cleaning and deposit) is due. 

c) in case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the booked stay, the total rental amount (including final cleaning and deposit) is due.

3. In the event of early termination of the stay, the full rental amount remains due.

4. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
