The 150 m2 villa was built according to authentic Greek standards with old stone walls and wooden shutters and is located on a private plot of 1500 m2, between its own olive and fruit trees. The villa is entirely on one level and therefore very user-friendly. Beautiful views of the ocean, mountains, nature and villages. Nice large veranda for a cozy dinner and breakfast.

The villa is suitable for 4 to 8 adults and offers a lot of privacy to each independent guest due to its sophisticated layout. The adjacent Villa Anna (with its own swimming pool) is from the same owner and is connected to Villa Kyria by a fence. Villa Kyria and Villa Anna together offer a wonderful opportunity for 12 people to stay with a large family. Villa Kyria is located together with three smaller villas on a mountain ridge 4 km from the sea, within walking distance of the picturesque historic Greek village of Kyrianna, where you can find cozy little cafes, restaurants and shops.
