This 130 m² villa has been designed to combine comfort with authentic charm. The elevated ground floor opens into a spacious living room with fireplace, smart TV and air conditioning, in addition to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and dishwasher.
On this floor there are two elegant double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, en-suite shower rooms and direct access to a large veranda with extensive panoramic views. A third bedroom is located on the mezzanine and has a double bed and air conditioning. A third bathroom with a spa bath and a washing machine completes the ground floor.
Outside, you will find the villa's private garden with a uniquely designed swimming pool (with a beach-style shallow entrance), sunbathing areas, a children's playground and a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue – ideal for long summer evenings under the Cretan sky.
