Villa Astrea

Villa Astrea is located on a hill offering spectacular views to the Sea and to the White Mountains with an altitude of over 2400 meters.

The private 50 m²pool offers a protected children section and a healthy salt system as well as sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with brand new double beds from the world-leading manufacturer COCO-MAT offering a unique sleeping experience. All bedrooms and the living room have an air conditioning unit and direct access to a balcony or the terrasse. There are two additional baby beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Both bathrooms have been renovated in 2025.

The villa offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, low-noise Air Conditioning and heating as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The 6000 m² plot offers a well maintained garden with 35 olive, fruit and palm trees.
A special highlight is the separate barbecue house with a shady terrasse as well the broad veranda inviting for outdoor eating.

Whether you are a digital nomad or you want to combine your vacation with creative work in an inspiring environment, Villa Astrea offers two 17' PC screens and a powerful Wifi in the house and the entire pool area.

The villa is strategically situated between the pitoresque cities of Chania and Rhethymon. You can access the nice beaches of Kalyves and Almyrida in about 10' drive and the very large sandy beaches of Georgiopouli in 23'. Most of the villages around like Vamos are open all year with minimarkets, bakery and tavernas. 

Access Chania airport in about 35' and Heraklion airport in 100'. You can reach the south coast Hora Sfakia in 1 hour via a scenic drive through the mountains. All famous beaches like Balos, Elafonissi, Falasarna etc. can be easely discovered with 1-day excursions. Explore the 2400 white mountains and gorges like Samaria gorge which are all very close.
