This elegantly designed 5-bedroom villa spread over three floors can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. With a harmonious blend of sophisticated interiors and spacious outdoor spaces, Villa Elounda creates a unique atmosphere of serene luxury. Large windows flood the interiors with natural light and offer uninterrupted views over the countryside. Outside, the villa is surrounded by 4000 m² of manicured gardens with palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Thanks to its prime location, Villa Elounda offers easy access to the nearby beaches of Elounda (just 1 km away), the crystal clear waters of Kolokitha Beach and the charming coastal village of Agios Nikolaos, just 10 km from the villa. For culture lovers, the mythical Palace of Knossos is about 70 km away, while the island of Spinalonga – rich in history and legends – is visible from the villa and can be reached by daily ferries from Plaka, Elounda or Agios Nikolaos.

The interior of Villa Elounda covers 700 m² and has been carefully laid out to provide space, comfort and privacy spread over three floors:
Ground floor:
Entrance hall and a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and three double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the third shares a separate bathroom with shower. The living room offers direct access to the garden, the pool and the shaded porch.
First floor:
A large open plan kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher) with access to a spacious covered porch with dining area, an open plan living and dining area, a guest toilet and a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath. Both the bedroom and the living room open onto the covered porch with panoramic views.
Second floor:
A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a small kitchenette with dining area and access to a second covered porch - perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening drink with a view.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned, for comfort in every season.
