This generous 315 m² villa welcomes guests into bright, modern interiors, designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. The ground floor features a spacious open plan living area with a lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary appliances.
On the first floor, guests will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a balcony with sea views, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with access to the balcony, and an additional bathroom with shower.
The lower floor offers three further bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The villa's beautifully maintained outdoor areas are ideal for outdoor living, with comfortable seating areas, a large swimming pool with sea views, and dining areas shaded by pergolas – perfect for enjoying the Cretan lifestyle.
