Galini Breeze Studio

Lovely studio on a small holiday complex Galini Breeze, Agia Galini | south Crete, Greece

Galini Breeze is located on a quiet hill with fantastic views of both the sea and the mountains, on the edge of the authentic village of Agia Galini. The property is very spacious, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility both around the studios and around the swimming pool.

Equipment
We built this small-scale holiday complex in 2015 - 2016, according to contemporary Dutch standards in terms of quality and comfort. The studio has its own parking space, 2 outdoor terraces and a small but well-equipped kitchenette. There is a separate shower and toilet. The studio is also equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, safe and satellite TV/Chromecast.
In the garden you can enjoy a communal heated swimming pool (83m2) with plenty of parasols, sunbeds and outdoor showers. Bath towels are always ready for you.
There is a relaxed lounge bar by the pool, where our guests can also grab coffee, tea or a cool drink and record their consumption in confidence. Twice a week we organize a 'Sundowner' for all guests, with drinks and snacks on the house.

Service
The studio is equipped with bed linen, towels and bath cosmetics. There is free bottled water, coffee and tea. We also provide a fresh breakfast package in your refrigerator upon arrival (free of charge), so that you do not have to go straight to the supermarket or the bakery the next day.
We clean the studio every other day and change your towels as desired; We replace bed linen every week.

Activities and excursions
Whether it concerns beautiful beaches, archaeological sites, hiking trails or diving lessons; we would be happy to tell you more about it.
In addition, you can always view the current agenda of special festivities or markets in the region via our exclusive guest app. After all, Galini Breeze is an oasis of peace, but if you want action during your holiday, that is of course also possible! We would be happy to take you on a mountain bike tour or walk through the hinterland where hardly anyone comes, or we can arrange services such as eco-adventures, manicure/pedicure, massage, yoga sessions on location, etc. etc.

Location
Agia Galini is located on the relatively quiet south coast of the southernmost Greek island of Crete. It was a quiet fishing village until the middle of the last century. From the 1960s onwards, mainly backpackers and hippies came to this region; in recent decades, also holidaymakers who want a little more luxury and convenience. What has remained is the relaxed character of the original fishing village and the hospitality of the local people.
There is a wide choice of restaurants and shops in the car-free streets around the harbor and along the beach path. The village also has several cozy music cafes and lounge bars. You will not find massive dance halls in Agia Galini.
The village also has a long beach, partly sandy and partly pebbles. Various remote beaches and bays, very suitable for snorkeling or nude recreation (FKK), can be found in the nearby area.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in Galini Breeze studios (including the outdoor terraces). Only in the pool bar is a designated area where smoking is allowed (taking other guests into account).

Only Adults: Galini Breeze is an 'Only Adults' 21+ location. Pets are not allowed.
