Every day you can see the shepherd with his sheep moving through the valley, and the sunsets you see from your terrace are spectacular.
This holiday home is located just 15 kilometers from Corfu Town 12 kilometers from the AirPort, near Ermones Beach and the beaches of Pelekas, Glyfada and Mirtiottissa.
The house consists of two floors, the ground floor has a bathroom (recently renovated) with shower and toilet, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs and a very complete inventory, including kettle, Nespressomschine, dishwasher, oven and toaster.
The 2nd floor has a bathroom (recently renovated) with shower and toilet, in addition to 3 spacious bedrooms with balcony, 2 bedrooms with a luxurious double box spring and 1 bedroom with 2, 1 person box springs. All bedrooms have air conditioning!
Around the house is a very spacious terrace with swimming pool and luxury sunbeds and there are plenty of garden chairs. Oh yes, almost forgot: the fixed barbecue completes the terrace.
