Our holiday home (120m2) is located in beautiful surroundings. The property has beautiful sea views and was built along the road to the picturesque fishing village of Nea Skioni. You can reach this village in 2 minutes by car. The Kassandra peninsula has a lot to offer: beautiful sandy beaches, picturesque villages, an environment full of pine trees and traditional tavernas.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people: 4 people are ideal.
The house was completely renovated at the beginning of 2023 and completely furnished with new furniture. WiFi is available

The bedroom on the garden side has a double bed (160cm wide)
The bedroom at the back has 2 single beds.
1 bathroom with shower in the bath, a toilet and a sink.
Washing machine is available. No dryer.
Also a cot and high chair available.

Kitchen: electric hob, oven, no dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker

On this floor there is a sofa bed , suitable for 2 people (140cm wide).
Bathroom: toilet, shower and sink. This is a very small space. We recommend using the bathroom on the ground floor or first floor.

The garden has sun loungers and a large dining table suitable for 6 people.
On the balcony of the first floor there is a beautiful lounge set where you can enjoy the extraordinary view. You can even see part of Olympus.

On the balcony of the 2nd floor there are 2 comfortable lounge chairs to catch the last rays of sun.

We recommend renting a car so you can easily explore the peninsula. Supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife, beautiful beaches, everything can be reached within a 15-minute drive.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
