Welcome to the Cassandra Peninsula.
Skioni Residence (120m2) is located in a beautiful quiet area. The property has stunning sea views and is located on the outskirts of the picturesque fishing village of Nea Skioni. This village is located in the south of the Cassandra peninsula. The island is divided into a northern and southern part by a mountain ridge in the middle. The northern side has more activity and the southern side is a lot quieter. So there is something for everyone. The environment varies: from mountainous and wooded areas to vast fields with olive trees and long white beaches. The house can accommodate up to 6 people: Ideal is 4 people.

The bedroom on the garden side has a double bed (160cm wide) --> air conditioning available
The bedroom at the back has 2 single beds.
1 bathroom with shower in the bath, a toilet and a sink.
Washing machine is available. No dryer.
Also a cot and high chair available.
1st floor:
Official entrance of the house.

On the balcony is a beautiful lounge set where you can enjoy the extraordinary view. You can even see part of the Olympus.
2nd floor:

On this floor there is a sofa bed, suitable for 2 people (140cm wide).
Bathroom: toilet, shower and sink. This is a very small space. We recommend using the bathroom on the ground floor or on the first floor.
Two balconies available: on both sides there are 2 comfortable lounge chairs to catch the last rays of the sun. Enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening from the garden side. This endless view of the azure blue sea never gets boring.
In the garden there are sun loungers and there is a large dining table, suitable for 6 people. There is also a parasol.
We recommend renting a car so you can easily explore the peninsula. Supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife, beautiful beaches everything can be reached within a 15-minute drive.
We can help you rent a car if necessary.
