Villa Pástoras Téssera

Villa Pástoras Téssera is a beautiful authentic stone house in the middle of the village of Pogonia. Here you really live among the friendly and hospitable Greeks. 
The house is built of old natural stone and therefore has an authentic character inside and out, but is equipped with all modern conveniences. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with all built-in appliances such as fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. There is even a washing machine.
Partly thanks to the presence of a wood-burning stove, the atmosphere that the villa exudes is fantastic.
The villa also has a beautiful roof terrace with lounge set, sunbeds, a dining table for 6 people and an outdoor shower. The view over the bay of Paleros, the mountains and the Ionian Sea from the large roof terrace is truly breathtaking. 
The villa can accommodate up to 4 people and has its own parking space along the road.
The village of Pogonia is an old authentic village where time has stood still and you can relax. There are a few restaurants and a tavern. For more entertainment, restaurants, bars and a larger harbor, the cozy village of Paleros is 5 km away.
Preveza/Aktio airport, the island of Lefkada and the beautiful city of Preveza are all within half an hour's drive. The cities of Arta, Parga, Mesolongi, Ioanina, Igoumenitsa and Patras can all be reached between one and two hours by car. A day trip or multi-day trip to Kefalonia, Corfu or to the beautiful monasteries on the mountains of Meteora is also possible.
