The house is built from old natural stone, giving it an authentic character both inside and out, while still offering all modern comforts. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen features all built-in appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, and dishwasher. There is even a washing machine.
Thanks in part to a wood-burning stove, the villa exudes a wonderful, cozy atmosphere.
The villa also has a stunning rooftop terrace with a lounge set, sunbeds, a dining table for six, and an outdoor shower. The view from the large rooftop terrace over the Paleros Bay, the mountains, and the Ionian Sea is truly breathtaking.
The villa accommodates up to 4 guests and has its own parking space along the road.
The village of Pogonia is an old, authentic village where time seems to stand still, making it the perfect place to relax. There are a few restaurants and a taverna in the village. For more entertainment, restaurants, bars, and a larger harbor, the lively village of Paleros is just 5 km away.
Preveza/Aktio Airport, the island of Lefkas, and the charming city of Preveza are all within a half-hour drive. The cities of Arta, Parga, Mesolongi, Ioannina, Igoumenitsa, and Patras can all be reached within one to two hours by car. Day trips or longer excursions to Kefalonia, Corfu, or the stunning monasteries on the Meteora mountains are also easily possible.
