Villa Hermes

The luxurious Villa Hermes, built in 2021, is located on a quiet, dead-end road in the authentic village of Pogonia. The villa offers breathtaking views over the Bay of Paleros and the Acarnian mountains beyond. In the morning you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the mountains and in the evening you have a view of the lights of Paleros, located on the other side of the bay. This lively harbor town with shops and a variety of terraces and tavernas is 4 km away. Pogonia beach is a 20-minute walk away. Here you will find two cozy beach pavilions in the summer, where you can have a drink or a bite to eat. A half-hour drive away you can reach Lefkas with its beautiful, endless beaches, which are considered among the most beautiful in Europe, and the turquoise Ionian Sea.

The villa consists of two parts, separated by a large terrace with outdoor kitchen. The left part contains the stylish living room with comfortable sofa, dining table with 6 seats and the fully equipped kitchen and the master bedroom with bed (160 x 200), an en-suite bathroom with sink and walk-in rain shower, separate toilet and sufficient cupboard space.
The right part consists of two double guest rooms with their own walk-in rain shower and shared toilet. Room 1 has two single beds (90 x 200), room 2 has 1 bed (160 x 200), sufficient cupboard space and a small writing table.

All rooms offer a beautiful view of the surroundings through the large glass sliding doors. You can enjoy the sunrise from your bed. What a start to the day!

From all rooms you have access to the very large terrace with four comfortable teak sun loungers. Here you will find the infinity swimming pool of 7 x 3.5 meters and the outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a sink with hot and cold water, a large dining table with 6 seats and a gas BBQ.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, 50" smart TV, WiFi with internet connection and has a private parking space.

Accessibility:
from Schiphol to Preveza. From the small, convenient airport it is a half-hour drive to the villa.
You can also fly to Athens or Thessaloniki from various airports in the Netherlands and Belgium. From here it is approximately a 3.5 hour drive to the villa.
