This is a two-storey fully furnished, luxurious villa in the beautiful area of Pefki, Evia.
Pefki is located on the northern part of Evia island, two and a half hours away (approx. 200Km) from Athens International Airport, famous for its majestic sunset and its crystal clean waters. The Sea Echoes villa is located right by the sea, on a plot of 1600 m2 bordering the beach without an intervening road, fully renovated (July 2024), with an endless sea view and a magical sunset. The ground floor includes four independent studios (two of which have the possibility of internal communication with a door), each with its own kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator and air conditioning. The first floor includes a large living room, kitchen with oven and Neff hobs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Brand new furniture, and Mediastrom mattresses, high speed mobile internet with mesh-network in the entire villa, five smart TVs with Cosmote TV and Disney-plus. Cot, cradle, playpen, highchairs and toys available. Fully air-conditioned, with solar and electric water heater, washing machine and dishwasher. The garden has a very large pergola with barbecue, sofas and tables.
