The Sea Echoes villa is located right by the sea, on a plot of 1600 m2 bordering the beach without an intervening road, fully renovated (July 2024), with an endless sea view and a magical sunset. The ground floor includes four independent studios (two of which have the possibility of internal communication with a door), each with its own kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator and air conditioning. The first floor includes a large living room, kitchen with oven and Neff hobs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Brand new furniture, and Mediastrom mattresses, high speed mobile internet with mesh-network in the entire villa, five smart TVs with Cosmote TV and Disney-plus.
