The villa can accommodate 6 guests and is perfect for family holidays or 3 couples. Built in 2022 and designed by top architects, Villa Alexandra embraces the natural beauty of Greece while offering luxury and comfort for a relaxing holiday.
The layout of the villa is remarkable. The main villa houses the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and toilet, and has air conditioning that can cool and heat. The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of Paleros Bay, the serene Acaranian mountains and the sparkling sea. With a spacious double bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and ample storage space, it promises a comfortable night's sleep.
The living room and kitchen feature full-length sliding glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the views while relaxing on comfortable seating or using the modern kitchen. Outside there is an enticing heated Infinity pool surrounded by teak sunbeds. Enjoy a large covered terrace for meals overlooking the bay and mountains, or opt for an uncovered terrace to soak up the sun.
The two additional bedrooms are located opposite the main villa and each have their own walk-in shower, comfortable beds and ample storage space. The toilet and sinks are shared here.
Villa Alexandra is located just 600 meters from the sea and offers breathtaking views of Paleros Bay. The heated pool ensures pleasant swimming, even in spring and autumn. Initial, middle and final cleaning are included in the price, and pets are not allowed.
