Villa Annabelle in winter, a wonderful base for a nice ski weekend.
In the garden there is ample opportunity to enjoy the sun, barbecue or play.
On the ground floor there is a spacious hall with coat rack and access to all rooms.
There is a large separate living room with TV, a large corner sofa and separate sitting area in the bay window.
In the cozy living room you can relax on the couch or in the conservatory. And there is room to watch (Dutch) TV together.

In the living room we have plenty of films and CDs for viewers and listeners.

Spacious kitchen with all amenities. Cave stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine and all types of pans and cutlery.

The dining room has a large dining table for 14 people. There is room for a few people to sit down in the kitchen, with a spacious bar.

We have made a bench next to the house where you can sit in the sun early in the morning.

Villa Annabelle in the snow. Ski slopes and cross-country ski trails are a 10-minute drive away.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with nice old and new details.

Half-timbered house from 1910 with lots of space in and around the house.
Our dream house in the winter.
Welcome to Haus am Anger! Front view of the half-timbered house.
New kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and plenty of cupboard space.

On this side of the kitchen is the oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (Bravilor), kettle, senseo.
Spacious dining table of 3 meters long, to sit comfortably together.
Cozy warmth from the soapstone wood burning stove. The wood is free.
The dining room and sitting room are adjacent to each other.
The sitting room is equipped with TV (with Dutch channels via CanalDigital), radio, DVD, CD player, spacious 3-seater sofa and 4 armchairs.

In this wonderfully bright L-room there is an extra seating area to read a book, for example. Also, the play corner in this space.

The outdoor swimming pool in Siedlinghausen is within walking distance of the house. There is also an indoor swimming pool in the village.

The side aspect of our very large holiday with entrance. In front of the house are two large pine trees that look very pretty in the winter snow
Our 5 person sauna. What's better after a day skiing, cross country skiing, etc. than to relax in the evening in the sauna.

The electric fireplace provides cozy hours on cold winter evenings.
The dining table can be extend with 2 extra leaves to seat 12 people. There are 8 dining chairs and a further 4 stools
Our modern kitchen with appliances including an oven, extractor, fridgefreezer and of course a dishwasher. Cooking is by induction - the special pans are in the kitchen cabinets.

Bedroom 4,the middle bedroom on the second floor. The wooden battens have been painted making the room considerably lighter. Here is the pull-out bed and bunk beds,great for kids.

Bedroom 6. This bedroom has a double bed (2. X 1.60 m) with single mattresses and duvets. In the background you see a kitchen unit with hot and cold running water.
Bedroom 3 - taken from the other side. You see in this picture there is also a cot of which there are two. The cots have only a mattress as quilts are not allowed for the tiny tots so please bring your own sheets and blankets.

In one of our garages, there is a table tennis tennis and table football. Youngster, in particular, can have fun with these, as of course, can the grown-ups. In the corner is a 'German' seating area.
Football professionals can also show their talent in our holiday home.
Relax on our sunny terrace of 45 m2; the parasol gives necessary shade during the hot summer days. However, please secure the parasol to the railings as occasional strong gusts of wind can otherwise blow it over. There is a stone table with 8 chairs. In the garage are more chairs.

The boiler room can be used for ski storage. The skis can be neatly stacked against the wall so that any snow residues are collected in the drip trays.
In September 2011 we extended our parking area. We now have hardstanding in front of the third garage so it can be used year-round. 4 cars can be parked with ease and of course the garages can be used too.

This photo was taken on March 1, 2009 after an overwhelming amount of snowfall. Along the way is more than a meter of snow. It remains therefore that there is a lot of snow in March.

This picture was taken on February 13, 2015. Super sunny weather and light frost. Perfect winter sports weather.
On September 30, 2011 we had a cycling team staying for a weekend cycling. The Sauerland experienced then a very warm period. All bicycles and other supplies could be safely stored in our three garages.
In April 2013 we received the first group of motorcyclists from Amersfoort. The snow had barely melted. This group has had a fantastic weekend in the Sauerland. They even have a motor route through to us. The engines could be parked safely. 3 in our garages
Welcome to Langewiese at 720 m altitude. In the winter, the temperature is usually well below freezing with downhill and cross country skiing mostly from mid December to mid March.
Once the snow has melted, you can once again enjoy beautiful walks along the well-known hiking trail- the Rothaarsteig. Our house is right on this trail. Apart from this there are many options to do walks as long or short as you want.
