We have completely renovated this unique holiday home near Winterberg and converted it into a beautiful holiday home. The house is suitable for 8 to 14 people.
The house is located on the edge of the village, so you can walk straight into nature and a 10-minute drive away you are on the ski slopes of Winterberg. Delicious!
Classification
It is a spacious house, even with 14 people. Of the 6 bedrooms, 4 have en-suite bathrooms. There is one with a double sink and for the last room there is a separate bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink.
On the ground floor is a cozy living room, a large kitchen with a spacious dining room. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a bedroom with connected bathroom.
On the first floor are 4 bedrooms, with bathrooms and a bedroom with separate bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
In the basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, storage for ski equipment and there is a spacious playroom for the children. This contains, among other things. a football table, Playstation and a craft table with supplies. There is also a dartboard and a lot of books and games.
Outside you will find a very spacious garden of approximately 16 meters wide and 100 meters deep. There is a garden set for 14 people and a barbeque. In addition, there are 2 sockets on an electric bicycle to charge and there is a sled and motorized snow plow. At the back of the garden are hiking trails that lead you directly into the forest, and there is a football (artificial turf) field. Within walking distance is a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool. The house has a double garage with driveway, with space for 4 cars, on site.
Children and safety
This house is childproof. All sockets in the house are childproof, and there is also a cot with mattress and bedding, changing mat, high chair, toilet reducer and hand blender.
