Built in 2015 and uniquely located, this apartment is equipped with many amenities and is located on the garden floor (-1) of Residence Astenberg. The apartment is located at an altitude of 710 meters in a fantastic location in Winterberg - Neuastenberg. From the apartment you can enjoy a beautiful view and you can go straight to the ski slope from the garden.

In the cozy village you will find everything you need, including restaurants, tourist office, bakery, butcher, ski school, pleasant après-ski and ski rental.




The beautiful landscape offers extensive opportunities for both short and long walks (e.g. Rothaarsteig), cycling / mountain biking (various ATB routes and the Winterberg bike park 2 kilometers away) and motorcycle tours.

The apartment is located directly on the slopes of the Postwiese ski area (the snowiest ski area in Winterberg). The ski lifts are located a very short distance from the apartment. In winter you can ski to and from the apartment (ski-in/ski-out). The ski area is equipped with snow cannons and piste lighting for evening skiing. From the apartment you have an unobstructed view of the ski slope. There are several cross-country skiing trails in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. And for those who like tobogganing, there is also a winter toboggan run.

There is 1 bedroom with box-spring beds with an extra top mattress. The spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, chairs, TV with satellite reception (with Dutch channels), DVD and Radio/CD player with USB connection.

The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. The modern open kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available.

The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and has a walk-in shower, second toilet and a sink. There is also a separate toilet room and a separate room with washing machine and dryer, both accessible from the hall. You can also store your skis in this separate room.

You can use WiFi for free. The holiday apartment includes a parking space.

Winterberg - Neuastenberg is a wonderful holiday destination a short distance from the Netherlands in all seasons. This makes this destination in the Sauerland also very suitable for midweeks, weekend getaways or a longer holiday. Relaxation and/or being active, it is all possible in this beautiful environment.
