In the immediate vicinity there is a lot to experience for young and old. How to get there; Biking, hiking, climbing, swimming, wakeboarding, summer tobogganing, karting, mountain biking, visiting salt caves, fishing or taking the family to Fort Fun amusement park.

Langewiese is one of the most beautiful mountain villages in the Sauerland and is recognized as an official “air health spa” because of its clean air. Haus Aktiv is located in a unique place where the village merges into the
beautiful wide nature of the nature park Rothaar.

On one side of the house, a two hundred meter walk away, is the small village center with good restaurants, a shop and a bakery (fresh bread rolls also on Sunday mornings), while on the other side of the house you will experience a wonderful peace and beautiful Nature.

Haus Aktiv offers a beautiful view of the mountains at any time of the year. You can relax, enjoy and unwind from everything the area has to offer. Haus Aktiv is also the domain for hikers and cyclists. There are many marked routes, but of course it's also great to explore the area yourself

Basic prices: 80.00 € -110.00 € for 2 people per night plus final cleaning, laundry package and visitor's tax

from 21.12.-05.01.: 110.00 € each additional person 55.00 €
from 06.01.-31.01.: 90.00 € each additional person 45.00 €
from 01.02.-11.03.: 100.00 € each additional person 50.00 €

The service costs are €15
The final cleaning is 90.00€
The laundry package, bed linen and towels per person € 15.00
The resort tax of €2.20 per person/night (children up to and including 15 years are exempt) is not included in the final price.
The spa and guest card is also your Sauerland Card. It takes you by bus and train to excursion destinations in Hochsauerland free of charge.

If the guest wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, he must always confirm this to the host by email (even if he has already informed the host of this, e.g. by telephone). Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest, the host the following amounts:

Cancellation more than 14 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
