The bathroom with toilet is centrally located between the 3 bedrooms.
Furthermore, in the basement of the building there is a common room with a billiard table, which is available to everyone. It is also possible to place winter sports equipment and bicycles on this floor.
A charging station has been installed on the outside of the building for charging e-cars.
