1. Request for reservation

A reservation request is optionally taken for a maximum of two days by default. If no final reservation has been made within those two days, the landlord reserves the right to rent the property to another party.

2. Reservation

Your reservation request is final as soon as it has been confirmed to you by us in writing, i.e. by letter or e-mail.

3. Payment and agreement to terms

When booking, a deposit of 50% of the reservation sum is requested. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks, no refund will be made. We therefore recommend cancellation insurance. By paying your contribution for the rental of the holiday home, you automatically agree to the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Villa Dorfblick.

4. Cancellation by tenant

In case of cancellation by the tenant up to six weeks before the date of arrival, a 50% refund of the total amount will be made. That is, when the total amount has been paid by the tenant at the time of cancellation. If only 50% of the total amount has been paid at the time of cancellation, no refund will be made. In case of cancellation within six weeks before the date of arrival, no refund will be made. We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance.
