Our luxury apartment in Winterberg-Niedersfeld has recently been renovated and includes a spacious living room, an infrared sauna, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), digital (Dutch) television, WiFi, a balcony with lounge set, a Nespresso machine and a radio CD player. The kitchen includes a (convection oven) oven, Nespresso machine and regular coffee machine, dishwasher, and a ceramic hob with four cooking zones. In the central storage room there is a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a fee.
Surroundings: Winterberg-Niedersfeld is located about 250 kilometers from the Netherlands and only 5 minutes by car from the center of Winterberg in a beautiful picturesque area and within walking distance of the Hillebachsee. The Hillebachsee has a beautiful beach, restaurant with terrace, mini golf course, playground and a wakeboard track (water ski). The beautiful surroundings with mountains, half-timbered houses and rivers are ideal for hiking or mountain biking. A number of hiking trails start directly behind the apartment. The famous cities of Brilon and Willingen are also in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located a few hundred meters from the center of Niedersfeld with a bakery/lunchroom, butcher's shop, bank, greengrocer, petrol pump, tourist office, some restaurants, playground and a supermarket.
Tenants of ours receive the Sauerland Card. This allows you to use public transport in the region (bus and train) for free and you get discounts on many attractions and trips, but also ski lifts, for example.
Activities: You can go hiking, mountain biking, cycling, fishing, cross-country skiing, skiing, karting, visiting cities or amusement parks, too many to mention. The apartment and the surrounding area are also ideal for making trips. In the apartment there is a folder with numerous brochures about activities and facilities in the area. Below are a number of ideas;
- Karting (Winterberg-Niedersfeld has a beautiful outdoor kart track),
- Visiting a wildlife or amusement park (Fort Fun is only 8 km from the apartment and about 1 km from the apartment is an indoor arcade),
- Skiing or cross-country skiing (Winterberg-Niedersfeld has its own slope, the well-known slopes of Winterberg and Willingen are in the immediate vicinity),
- Swimming (The Hillebachsee has a beautiful beach with a fenced-off swimming area, the suptropical swimming paradise of Center Parcs is 10 minutes by car from the apartment),
