The house is situated in the feriendorf Frankenau near the National Park "Kellerwald-Edersee". Our hideaway offers privacy .The distance to the Dutch border is approximately 300 km.
Services
The living room has a "cozy stove" that exudes a wonderful warmth on cold days. The TV is equipped with Dutch channels and the internet (wifi) is free. In the kitchen you have access to a kiln. Our house has three bedrooms all voorzienvan a sink and one of an adjacent extra toilet.
Area
The National Park "Kellerwald-Edersee" with its surface area of 5,800 hectares a paradise for hikers, cyclists, peace-seekers and nature lovers. For water sports enthusiasts there is the "Edersee" which include sailing, and swimming and dive.
Winter
In winter there in the nearby area include skiing is possible in the famous ski resort of Winterberg and Willingen. These can be reached in 45 minutes by car.
Towns and castles
There are also visiting many lovely old towns and castles. Some examples are: Bad Wildungen, Fritzlar, the residential palace of Queen Emma in Bad Arolsen, and Waldeck Castle.
