Holidayhaus Heidebach is located in Wemlighausen, a small village 4 km. from the town of Bad Berleburg. Bad Berleburg is known for its allergy-poor climate and its renowned Kneipp Spa. The house is completely free on a hill, amidst the nature of the Natural Red Hair Mountains. The house has a front stunning views over the village in the valley and at the back you start looking out over the scenic backwater from which several hiking trails. The house offers lots of privacy by the idyllic location without any neighbors. You occupy the house alone. The house, which has traditionally been used as a farm, with 165 m2 of living space to mention very spacious. Through a staircase you reach the porch and entrance of the house. Through the hallway you enter the kitchen which is equipped with the necessary appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, etc.). Directly off the kitchen is the dining room with 8-person dining table. Through the dining room you enter the spacious living room which has a cozy fireplace and sitting area. Adjoining the living room is a games / reading room. In addition, located on the ground floor two large bedrooms, both with a comfortable 2 bedroom. box spring (1.80x2.00m). The bathroom downstairs has a toilet, sink, shower and bath. Through a staircase you reach the second floor. Here are two bedrooms, one with a comfortable 2 bedroom. boxspring (1.80x2.00m) in the other bedroom has a 2 double bed (1.80x2.00 m). Upstairs is a second bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bath. At the rear of the house is a spacious terrace with stunning views over the backside nature.

After a long search for a house that is big enough for seven people, which we have finally found it in 2014. It is a former farmhouse from 1901, situated on a steep hill in a idyilische location. We have the whole family's house like completely renovated, making it more suitable for rental.
