Detached bungalow with terrace, beautiful views and private parking driveway. In recent years we have done a lot of odd jobs and modernized the house. Solar panels have been installed and a new carport will be installed.
Layout: hall and shower, living room with sitting area and dining area. Adjacent complete kitchen.
From the living room door to a double bedroom and door to a twin bedroom. Bicycles can be put in the shed. Washing machine and extra fridge freezer.
Fast internet and Dutch channels via Ziggo GO app on existing IPad.
Beautiful surroundings for nature lovers (Eifelsteig) but also suitable for nice trips to animal parks and cities such as Koblenz, Trier and Blankenheim.

We have been coming to the Eifel for years to enjoy the beautiful rugged nature with beautiful lakes. That is why we have now bought a holiday bungalow ourselves that others can also enjoy. Hospitality is important to us. We are happy to inform guests about beautiful locations and excursions. We try to tailor your stay to your wishes. The dog (maximum 1) is allowed in consultation. Possible use of the washing machine. Firewood is available and can be deducted from the deposit when used.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price includes gas, water, electricity and WIFI. The rental price is per stay per night for a maximum of 4 people. The deposit is € 100 per booking.

The rental price is excluding final cleaning € 50,-- . With a dog (max. 1) the cleaning rooms are €60.00.

Bed linen € 10,-- p.p. Beds are made on arrival. Own bedding in consultation.
